I just wanted to share the great experience I had the other night at your store. Melissa, Jon, and the general sales manager Steve were awesome. They made me and my family feel welcome and not pressured. We have bought and sold many cars in the past and this was much different than the experiences we were used to. I drove in at 8 am and spoke to Pete Garay and there was no wait. Pete looked up all my information on the computer and we had a recall on a fuel module and I also got a oil change. Pete said it would be done by noon and I said great! I received a call from Pete at noon saying that they were running a little late and will be done at 1pm. I arrived at 1pm and my car was ready and Pete was a delight to work with. Pete did a great job in calling me to inform me that they were running late I really appreciate it. The cashier was very sweet and I will be back for my next oil change.

Ok, so a buddy of mine said if I was so happy about the treatment I got here I should write a review and I could leave it anonymous so that's what I am doing. I called the store looking for a vehicleI saw online and was lucky enough to speak to Dan. He answered the questions I had but I told him I couldn't be in for a couple weeks which he said he would keep me informed on that vehicle status and any other ones he had coming in. I would have gone in sooner but I couldn't make it because I was out of town and Dan said he couldn't hold it because other people are shopping for the same thing which I understood. I explained to him I didn't want to play games on pricing and payments and his promise was to be straight forward with me. When I finally went in, the vehicle was there, Dan was straight forward with me, gave me a couple hours to go over the numbers and didn't pressure me even though he did ask me a couple times before I left to think about it what else he could do to get me to say yes. I liked that but still need to make sure it was affordable. And he even went as far as to offer me information on a brand new one just in case that was in my budget. So for me I just want to say thank you to Dan and to his sales team that helped me make a good decision.

I began looking for a new car 6 weeks before the end of my current (non-Ford) lease. After much research and investigation, I decided on the Fusion Hybrid. I went online to activate a couple preferred buyer programs and my information was sent to several dealerships. Right out of the gate, Lake Elsinore Ford stood above the rest. We would just like to send out our sincerest thanks for your staff at Lake Elsinore Ford for the excellent service we received on our recent purchase of our 2013 Ford Explorer XLT on April 1, 2012. We have a long history with Ford, as my Father-in-law retired after 20+ years of working as an engineer with Ford. We joke that we have had every "E" car with exception of the Edge (which was high on my list)! We also just recently bought a 2012 Focus, but for some reason went to Rancho...after the excellent service we received from your staff we are kicking ourselves... We actually returned to Rancho when looking for the Explorer...and by the end of searching for our car (to no avail), were asked if we wanted a Flex instead? We understand your goal is to sell a car; our goal is to get the car we are looking for. We went home that evening and began our own search and found that Elsinore indeed had the car we were looking for; we printed out the sticker and headed toward Elsinore. We were met by Dave Rosnick and he informed us that car was on the truck on its way to Lake Elsinore...exciting news for us! We could wait a few more days! The next morning we got a call from Dave saying that the truck had shown up and our Explorer was there... Let's just say, from the time we arrived at Ford that afternoon, we have been treated by the entire staff like we were the most important clients of the day! Dave Rosnick was not trying to hard sell us, just excited that the car was there and excited to show us the Ford Touch system! We all piled in to take a test drive and he was quick to point out many features that the car had and how to use some of the upgraded features that we have never seen in a car! He has a tremendous knowledge of the car, and the manner of salesmanship has far exceeded our expectations! He has been an absolute joy to work with! To close the deal, we dealt with Micah Ryan, he was so helpful and made us feel at ease...even came back with a better rate than we expected, as we have gone through some tough times in the last four years! Rick Seaton then helped us through the finance paperwork and really made it easy and semi-painless! We just wanted to express our thanks and let you all know what a great testament it is see a group of people happy and enjoying what they do.
